The photo here is for the one that is not on sale. The linked on-sale one has 2 of the 2.5 A batteries, not 4.0. Also, review said it needs both batteries to be plugged in to work.

You're right thanks!
About using both that is correct, since the device is 40v and batteries are 20v

I have the 20V single battery version of this and it works great and been using for over 6 years !!
