My experience with BackyardPoolSuperstore was extremely frustrating. I had to threaten legal action after they falsely claimed they had issued a refund for a returned item. Despite multiple requests over three weeks, they never provided a confirmation number for the refund. It wasn't until I emailed them asking for a physical address to send a formal demand letter that they finally issued the refund within a few hours. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

In 2022 May I bought a Dolphin Nautilus from BackyardPoolSuperstore through Amazon(they were the seller).
And it just died (couldn't move). Not recommend any Dolphin cleaner based on my experience.

best to avoid track driven. they loosen up and are not covered under warranty.
