I have the older model, snns or something like that. Totally worth it. I use it at night since everyone is asleep. Game changer. Hearing steps go from left to right is super trippy. Also if you have a Bravia TV its even better.

I am thinking if buying these for my parents as they sleep at different schedules. Headphones didn't work for them.

If they are on the lowest setting, would these be quiet enough if someone is sleeping next to you?

If you don't mind used opened box version, I bought one from Best Buy 3 months ago for $118.51 (excellent). It came in a throw-away cardboard box brand new anyway.

While everyone around you will still be able to hear what you are listing to, it wouldnt be as loud as something like a BT speaker since a majority of it is going upwards vs outwards.

The main advantage of these neck speakers is that it doesnt block your surrounding environment like headphones or earbuds do.

I have the older version. I really like it. Can watch shows in the living room when everyone is asleep and I don't have to have anything on my ears. You also get to hear if something happens in the house.
