Good deal! I used this kit the other day to clay a 6 year old car that sits outside always and this did excellently to remove the embedded surface contaminants. It felt rough after a wash and then claying it with this made the whole car feel smooth and slippery. The clay would literally get dirty and you could feel & hear it pulling up the contaminants. I tried a reusable synthetic clay product first and that really stunk and didn't feel like it took anything off.
Rip off a small piece of clay and flatten it to use it and spray the detail spray liberally to lubricate the clay. Only work in straight lines with the clay, don't go in circles. Knead it often to expose fresh clay. Don't just start with a whole bar because if you drop the piece you're using on the ground (which i did a few times), you must throw it away and get a fresh piece. This is enough clay to at least do a few vehicles, but you'll need to get more of the detail spray which is readily available. Other things can be used as clay lubricant if you research it, but the detail spray included worked well for me.
I followed up with Turtle Wax's Polish & Wax, and then their spray ceramic coating 24 hours later. Car looked amazing and beads water very well.
