That's a pretty fast charge. Could squeeze some more capacity in there, but TSA only allows 100wH, this is 77, so you could push it closer to the limit, but those are closer to $100

Hows Baseus compared to Anker?
I've had a handful of anker products over many years and they've all been reliable. I only ever bought one baseus product and it died in less than a year. Sample size of 1 tho

I've had one Anker product fail and it was refused warranty. I've never had a Baseus product fail. Anecdata but the denial of warranty coverage was a decision, not random.

Would this work on an old dell xps 15 9520 laptop with i7-12700h processor and Intel iris xe graphics card and Nvidia 3050 with 32gb ram and 1tb ssd and 86wh battery? I have an Anker 737 powerbank that works with it and I know I get that message of slow charging. Would this work with it or only with low wattage laptops? I know with my laptop is 100% battery but I unplug it from outlet and connect the Anker 737 to it, I get 1 hour 5 minutes before Anker powerbank goes to zero. The Anker is 24000 mah I believe and this one is 20800 mah. But does this have enough power for a Dell XPS laptop with the processor? Or this is meant for like LG laptops which doesn't have a fast processor?
This one will go to 0 faster since the overall capacity is less.

Hows Baseus compared to Anker?
I looked back at my amazon orders to count - I have purchased 20 Baseus products dating back to Nov '23 - earbuds, power banks, GaN USB-C chargers, high-wattage USB-C cables, travel power strips, and several USB-C / Thunderbolt docks. I have found their products to be well made and fairly reliable.
I will say that April of this year I purchased the power bank featured on this deal and used it very sparingly. A couple of weeks ago I pushed the button to check the charge level and got no response. I tried plugging a charger into it in case it was dead, but it would not charge. Nor would it charge other devices. Just sitting on my desk, the device completely died. I contacted Baseus and they were very responsive with a series of emails, eventually asking for a video confirming the "deadness" of the device. After viewing the video, they agreed to send me a new replacement unit, which I have received. I couldn't be happier with their service. Not sure what happened with the original power bank, but the amount of electronics on the thing is staggering. Since I received a new device and they didn't want the failed one back, my curiosity got the best of me and I had to shuck the cover off to see what's inside. Pic included.

Allowed on planes?
it depends, some place now requires CCC, and it is believed to be required in more and more countries.

I'm a pretty diehard Anker user and I've had multiple usb-c cords (albeit same color and model) fail multiple times and refused warranty. I've also had 2 of their batteries go spicy pillow on me. Their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't even rank baseus lower than Anker on that alone. I too once viewed them as a premium brand, but they don't really stand behind their products, baseus probably will just to start taking market share from them.

If you didn't have to destroy the cover to remove it, you may be able to jump the battery to revive it.

Similar to power tool batteries - if you use another battery or a 12V (24V?) supply to get initial charge, it may recharge on its own again

If they discharge too much the lithium batteries go into sleep mode and can't normally be woken up. And as noted above, the only thing you can do is jump start then again.
