We return about 5 out of 100 orders regularly with their own label from their system and the return always automatically expire and never changes status. I have tried to give them our drop off proof from USPS and their CS asked me to supply proof that I purchased a freaking label every single time. Now we always directly charge back ans let our bank handle this.

The one time I got something too cheap or not up to standard, I complained and was able to receive a refund. AliEx is meant for enthusiast buyers who know what they are looking for. Like gaming mice, mechanical keyboards, retro handhelds, etc...
