I wonder if those of us that ordered the last deal can get a price match? Has anyone ever done that with purchases like this through eBay?

I don't need this, but I want it. I have a dehydrator that will take 3 rolls, but it's single temp (and I'm not certain it's actually hitting 60-70C) and it's not nearly as pretty as this.

They used a different liner which is white before releasing it to the public. I bought this the 1st time it was posted and it's been working as it should.

This one actually goes 80+ degrees which is why I bought it already having the Sunlu S4. Some of the nylon filaments recommend 80 degrees for drying. I'm sure you can get away with less and just drying it longer.

A PVT prototype is a Production Validation Test unit, representing the final stage before mass production, where the product is manufactured using production-grade components, tooling, and processes. I had to Google it, basically it's early production model to validate a full blown mass production.

This is a really good price. The same unit is on sale right now at microcenter for $160 (down from $199)

Feels like a no brainer price if you're in the market for this.

Heads up: Sometimes TEMU has the Sunlu S4 in stock and on sale and there are often 20 to 30% off coupons that will work for new account or people who have recently downloaded the mobile TEMU app. I was able to do this and get the S4 for $87.XX shipped a few weeks ago.

Yeah, I went ahead and bit since I'm pretty sure my dehydrator never makes it about about 55C, and that's just not going to cut it for filled PAHT. I should probably get a second one and switch around my XL so that the five active spools are in the case while I can pre-dry 2-3 more. Decisions...

This thing has been on sale for a month on and off. How many prototypes could they have built? I think it's just a failed real model that they realized wasn't up to snuff.
Also it doesn't make sense that all 4 chambers be the same temperature. Sure, that will work for some folks who only print in one plastic but for someone who'd want a dryer surely two or four temps makes much more sense.

I ordered from this sale and the liner isn't white, it looks like a retail unit. So far so good.
