Oh shit... I was thinking to go to Korea in November. Maybe I can just book this flight and get off at Seoul. Would they block me on the flight back if I did that?

Most 100% likely. They considered that as a no show for the trip and cancelled the rest of your flight. This applies to multicity and round trip and this sort. The only way to get around that is something like a oneway from SFO to Korean to Japan and you dont take the Japan portion but that requires you have a separate one way back to SFO from korea.

I spent two weeks in nagoya and got a bit bored. There are some great food however. Try the ankake spaghetti, Nagoya specialty. There was also beef bone broth ramen somewhere in nagoya. It was my favorite ramen of the trip.
