I have this set and it's been great for me as a hobbyist mechanic and DIYer at home.

Get this, and also buy a set of ratchet extensions and adapters for more flexibility.

There are SAE and Metric sockets in this set.

I've had this set for a few years. The quality of the tools are great for the price, but the case is not the best. If it's bumped or vibrated much at all, half the tools fall out inside and make a mess when you open it. I would pay more for one of the kits that come in drawers if you want something that can be kept in a vehicle or transported easily. That said, this is good if you can be careful with it or if it's garage/home kept.

Yeah, this set has gone through a couple versions over the years (including BOM changes) so take the "this was great when I bought it years ago" comments with a grain of salt.
