avoid trading cards on Amazon if possible, usually have been tampered with unfortunately.

A starter deck is unlikely tampered with man. It has a literal list of what is supposed to be in there exactly. It's BOOSTER packs and ETB's you should never buy online unless from Pokemon Center, etc.
