Or, it could be for someone who cares to have a foldable bike... for an abundance of different reasons. Or possibly for an older person that finds being closer to the ground is easier. Very similar to the Senada Austin [senadabikes.com] I bought last year for the same price but upgraded motor, C23 750W, Austin 500W. The Austin has been a pretty decent bike for me. This one also seems like a a good deal for anyone looking.

Yes they're worth the risk For the specs they offer. At least for some. YouTube would be the best research tool for these types of e bikes.

The title and description states it has a 15AH battery, but the linked web page states 13AH. There seem to be some LUCKEEP bikes with a 15Ah battery, but this one seems to be the a bit smaller one.
