Does this qualify for free battlefield 6 game code?
I'm wondering the same thing. It's not shown on the product page, and after doing various searches, only the Intel CPUs or pre-builds on Best Buy are applying. But the program itself includes Arc GPUs - Newegg and Microcenter are showing the promo for the game.
So I hope it's just an oversight by Best Buy and they'll be sending the "Master Keys" that are needed to redeem for the game through the Intel sign on.

I just chatted with Best Buy. Yes, it is eligible for the game. The Master Keys will be sent within a few days according to them.
Upgrading GPU first to run a game better would be the wiser choice. CPU is secondary in terms of gaming.
It may not be for the Intel Arc, I have the B580 installed. I'm not completely sure it's CPU only but when I played Plague tale Requiem, my FPS would tank during non-combat scenes like walking through a village, scenes with bright and dark elements, later with lots of grass/flowers in a field. I had the Steam FPS/CPU GPU load bar displayed while playing, and every time my FPS tanked CPU usage showed at least 100% and GPU usage percent dropped to ~50% or less. I have also played Clair Obscur and RE2 remake on PC lately and both games run perfectly for me at 1440p. Clair obscur shows ~90% GPU use at all times and FPS is good and stable.
Intel 12400f is my CPU which isn't high end but is much newer than an r5 3600.
Also, the Intel ARC B580 was supposed to be part of the intel gamer days bundle, the standard bundle, not the platinum or whatever it's called with Assassin's creed. Newegg/intel messed it up though and I don't know if that's the case for sure for new orders.

Doesn't apply to the intels. They require ReBar and suffer massive bottlenecks with older gen CPUs.
Sometimes its a nonissue and only lose up to 10%, other times it tanks frame rate to unplayable.
With newer CPUs this isn't an issue at all. Great card for the money if you can deal with delayed drivers for the latest game drop, or issue. Punches well above its price tag.

I would suggest upgrading CPU. This card won't run much better than your current. You'll probably see single digit to low double digit increase in fps if you upgrade to this one. battlefield is more cpu intensive. I'd say you could get 15+ more fps if you waste about the same amount of $ on a 7700x or somewhere around there.
Edit: This was not supposed to be a reply to this question, sorry. And can't seem to delete comment. 😅

But what about the free game code?? lol. Yeah I heard intel gpus are impacted more by newer cpu than nvidia or amd gpus.
