Got a gigabyte 5070 ti open box for 675 with borderlands 4 at Microcenter. If it's nearby it's worth checking their website periodically.

5070ti is a 4080 in performance and the 4080 was $1000-1100 for many years.

the only reason not to buy is that the supers with more vram are dropping in 3 months for the same price supposedly

This is a great card priced at MSRP, but the Super refresh is expected soon and will make this cheaper while supplies last.
My advice is that if you have a 4000-series or even a 3080 already, wait for the Supers. However, if you're using this to complete a new build, this is a solid card for 1440p native and 4K DLSS Quality.

If they do release 5070 Ti with 24GB of RAM, it'll probably be hard to get for months since that'll be the cheapest card for AI people who will dabble with LLMs for a month and then never bother again.

Unless you've been living under a rock, there's a 99% chance that it'll be either sold out or sold at $300-500 over msrp.

No, the B60 Pro has 24GB and is supposed to be around $500. If all you care about is VRAM there will be better options
