I'm annoyed that 5 of the burners are turned on.

seems overly expensive for an oven. is it gold plated? these used to be around $500 2-3years ago and personally after an LG experience with thier fridges I'd avoid their shitty appliances.

For a convection double oven with air fry and double timers and phone app, it is the best quality in its class and price competitively. I have it and I love it.

I have the gas oven variant. Overall, I'm happy with it with some caveats and annoyances that keep it from being an excellent purchase.

Pros: The oven and stove performance is fantastic. The oven temperature is very consistent when measured with my Infrared guns. I've had other ovens where there are distinct spots that I measured that were not as good, but that oven was also a Kenmore at half the price. The sous-vide option is gimicky, but it does mean that you can perform low temperature cooks with some precision on the temperature. That's helpful if you make that a stew that needs a simmer at temperatures around 250/275F. It also has enough space for very large baking steels as long as they are in the middle which is fantastic for making pizzas at 550F. The high BTU burner (on the closest to you on the right) has a large difference between the low settings and not much in between high settings, so unless you need very high heat (such as for a wok), then you use that burner. My oven is also WiFi enabled. It is nice to be able to check remotely if something is on, or if I want to start an oven in advance.

Cons: The software aspects of this oven are amateurish. The UI is half-baked. Everything lights up as if you think it could touch it, but the touchscreen buttons are contextual. As an example, if you are trying to set the temperature, other buttons that are not applicable do not turn off their lighting. So, you could be in the middle of some mode where you think you can make changes, but it doesn't make a difference. This is particularly noticeable if you like using a timer function on the oven as opposed to a watch. In order to get into the timer mode, you have to get back to the idle menu (often I just change the mode of the oven), but if you do that, you can also shutoff the oven if you are cooking something.

Despite the oven being connected to the internet, it can't synchronize the time if the power goes out. I'm not sure how this could be overlooked, but my oven doesn't appear to support this basic function.

The air fry rack comes as a separate $60 purchase. That's very annoying, but just keep that in mind.
