PSA: My in-laws got one of these and It started slowly breaking down on them. First the inflatable air pillow massager things stopped working and then massage intensity grew weaker. To make matters worse my FIL managed to crack the remote screen - it actually still kind of works but not well.

There are no easily obtainable replacement parts for these things and virtually zero support. I had to do an extended warranty on this through my credit card company and went though the hassle of having a guy from Geek Squad come out to "officially diagnose" it in order to provide proof/evidence to the credit card warranty benefit company that the chair was not repairable or replaceable. Got the money back but it was a real hassle. My in-laws are still using it in its half-broken state too lol

I've had this or similar Insignia chair for 4 years. Still going strong and love it.

Same!! No issues on what I would average as weekly use, but there have been several months where it was used daily if I was having problems with my back. Highly recommend.

I've had this for 2 years and like it for the most part. I'm a big guy and it's a little uncomfortable when it squeezes my shoulders, but otherwise it's pretty relaxing.

I had this model for 4 years then sold it to get a fancy 4d chair.
I regret ever selling this chair it's the strongest massage chair I've ever sat at that's under $5k.
I am going to order another one

I have the 3D version. I paid $1500 about four years back. The extra movement and deeper massage is worth the extra $ in my opinion
