Inevitably there's someone out there who does. But for the rest of us the plethora of deals on these indicates that the market is saturated with Stanleys (and equivalent competitors) so they are now priced more or less the same as the no-name stuff.

I'll post my comment again on all of these deals. Don't expect these to be leak proof. I was hoping it would be and it leaks a good amount of water in the closed position. I had someone tell me that it wasn't meant to be leak proof but its clearly in the description that it says it is. If you want it for the straw drinking 40oz ability its great

I got Jam session last time. Got $5 coupon so price is pretty on par. Jam session color looks wine like but in person it's like between wine and bronze color. It's nice. I'm a dude and Red would have been too pink red and midnight one I already have black.

There is a guide of how to tell if your Stanley is fake and one of them is if the logo is printed on the bottom or carved on the bottom. Carved one is the real one they say. But this is printed. But the logo inside, handle position, are right. They say the lid and the straw should be frosted not clear but these are clear. I went to target and saw some of the other normal Stanley's now have clear straw and clear lid so I wouldn't worry too much about that. Plus this seller is Target and they're selling their limited edition Stanley so they probably aren't fakes.

Do other stores normally ship these in a plastic bag with not much padding? Friend got one that way but great price. And how can you tell if it's a fake? Who would pay $40 for one of these? Are they really worth even $20? They should include a leak proof lid for the price.. what's the lifetime warranty about?

Don't expect to get a new anything from this seller. Ordered before and got stuff scratched, dented, or broken. Looks like they sell store returns.

nearly identical Ozark 40oz Tumblers are $10 from Walmart. Made in the same Chinese/Vietnamese OSHA-condemned sweat shop factory and everything.
