It's a 2.5 year old phone so very possible. But free returns. I usually order several and keep the one in best condition and best battery if there is one.

just refurb. and it means a world of difference. refurbished by Samsung is effectively new. replaced screen and battery.

Was going to say what Kxrma said, if its refurbished by samsung then its a new battery for sure, not necessarily new screen though unless there was a visible crack in the old one.

The way they describe having visible scratches as "Good" is irksome.
You don't see ppl selling a used car with visible scratches as being in "good" condition.

if you want to go cheaper, the seller has the s23 in good condition for just under 200. At that price, I rather have this over most new mid range phones. the only concern is their good condition is really "acceptable" in most people's expectations. I am unsure if their pictures of what is a good condition phone are made worse than expected or not. It looks like a child rubbed sand all over the phone for fun.
