Anyway to do this on a Mac or iPhone as I don't have an android device?
If there is an android simulator for iOS then you probably can. But why go thru all the trouble for just one single app discount that you aren't even part of the ecosystem?

Step one: go to Ebay.com and list your IPhone for sale.
Step two: use the proceeds to buy an android device.
Step three: save $10 on one app purchase.
Okay but if I do that will the android phone fit in with my Apple Ecosystem like my MacBook Air, iPad Pro, Apple TVs HD and 4K and my Apple Watch. Can I also watch my 900+ purchases from the Apple Store on my android device as well as pair it with my Apple Watch Ultra? Just wondering because if not it sounds like a lot more of a headache just to save $10.....
