Ugh, I can't decide. This seems to be pretty much the same spec as this one https://slickdeals.net/f/18557542-ibuypower-slate-gaming-pc-desktop-intel-core-i5-14400f-nvidia-geforce-rtx-5070-12gb-16gb-ddr5-rgb-ram-1tb-nvme-ssd-sbi5n5701-1099 but that one is $1100 with a rtx 5070 and a 750w psu instead. Is having a 5070 really worth almost $300 more?

5070 gets about 50% more fps than a 5060 and more importantly has 12gb VRAM instead of 8gb. More VRAM is worth it if you want to play 2025 games at 1080p max settings, since for most new games 8gb VRAM is the major bottleneck for a 5060 at 1080p max settings or 1440p high. Otherwise you can turn the settings down to make sure games don't max out the VRAM and they'll run, for now. Best path to decide is to see which games and settings you want to play at, and see if the visuals and performance are acceptable to you.

If you are going to play in 4K, the 5070 is a must. I have try to game on 4K with 5060 but it always lag, very low FPS, you need to lower graphics settings and I hate that, even with DLSS is not enough when you activate Ray Tracing. You need to know exactly what you are gonna use it for, in my case the 5060 is a big NO!. However I rather get the 9070 XT have more video ram and its better than 5070.

I am not a gamer and am not intimately familiar with GPU prices. But a quick check tells me that current prices for the RTX 5060 and the RTX 5070 start at $300 and $550 respectively.

So, if you don't have to have an RTX 5070, this deal is the better value. If you feel like you may want the RTX 5070 if not now but soon, you might as well bite the bullet and go for the other deal (to avoid buyer's remorse and save yourself the hassle of upgrading later).
