Did a little digging.. the company looks legit. They are a non-profit that was founded by a few large donations. They claim that they give all of their profits to green-focused projects. Few folks on Reddit have bought keys without issues so far.

I guess you're going to have to dig to find deals here, some of the prices I looked up for games I'm interested in are WAY higher than Steam's current prices.

What's up with regions on the steam games? See it shows "Antigua, United Arab Emirates, Anguilla.." and then says "We have detected that you are in the United States. Turn off your VPN." What the heck does that mean? These games are all region locked outside of the united states?

I am in the US and was able to activate Clair Obscure which I bought on there too.
