btw, wholesale peanut prices are definitely going up soon,
so my guess is many nuts sales now are clearing out old accumulated inventory.
my price barometer is a nyc chinese market where i got raw "red skin" peanuts
i would roast myself in my air fryer. price was $1.34/lbs for years is now $2/lbs.

Yeah. Meh price when buying in bulk. I get the Planters 12oz cans for $1.59 and the 16oz bottles tor $1.79 at my local discount grocery store.

and the 10 cans of cocktail peanuts i got from the last deal for $1.50 each also have no sugar added. how odd. why would they do that?

I don't know why they would add sugar in "Salted" version and none in "Lightly Salted. cocktail peanuts is too oily for me. I don't buy those so I don't know that one.

Incidentally, they had the same size container version for the "Lightly Salted".
