I was browsing Labor Day Sales on Amazon and noticed a tiny little bit of text that said you get an addtional 25% back if you pay with your Prime VISA. Looks like its only available on the 55" and 75" which I purchased and will outline below.

This is the same model (75R8B5) that Best Buy is currently selling for $200 more! And that deal is trending on SD.

TV is normally $1000 - $200 (Labor Day) - $200 (800 x .25 Prime Cash Bac) = $600

Please account for sales tax depending on what state you are in. I'm in California so my final cost was $687 after tax and accounting for cash back.

Does anyone have experience with this model? I see it's the older version, there is a 2025 model that is much more expensive ($1200)

Wondering if prime visa and the biz prime visa are the same ? "Earn up to 25% Back total on your purchase of this item when you pay with the Amazon Business Prime American Express Card. Bonus offer for this item expires on 08/31/25. Terms and cap apply". The check out says; "Prime Card Bonus Offer: Get 5% Back, and additional 20% Back on the amount charged to this card", my pre check out is 865.00 total with tax,

I just bought the 65" pro 2024 model when Best Buy put it open box on clearance 2 weeks ago for $360 and love it for the price. It's not the picture quality of my Sony mini LED Bravia but it is leaps and bounds better than the other budget Hisense and TCL TVs I have. Mini LED, 120 hz (if you game), all the Dolby vision, lot of hdmi ports. Remote is backlit which is nice for bedroom tv and I was able to use the special Roku mount so it mounts completely flush to the wall and looks great (flush like one of those frame TVs that look like a painting) Roku OS is fast and easy to use. Has side firing speakers so while not a substitute for a good sound bar it's better than a normal tv sound output. I'm happy with that since the wife won't let me mount a soundbar too.

I hope not, I just bought the 75 inch for the 25% back. it says right below the 799 price tag that this item gets 25% back on prime visa. I took a screen shot to show an Amazon rep if I don't get the 25% back.

The Panasonic one is similar if you don't game. Unfortunately that TV disables local dimming in game mode, so HDR is basically nonexistent while gaming.

The TCL Q7 is $600 at Best Buy right now. It and the Roku are neck and neck, depending on your use-case. The Roku TV has very poor image processing, so it'll look bad with low resolution/quality content. The Roku is brighter than the TCL, though, and will fight glare better if it's in a bright room.

So:

*Bright room and mostly watching 4k movies and TV (and you have fast internet to stream them at high quality): get the Roku.

If it'll be in a more dimly lit room and/or you watch a lot of older TV shows, cable, or have less than stellar internet speed for streaming: get the Q7.

They're both great for gaming.

Mine says it requires a prime visa business card?

Bought the 75 pro a few months ago. It's impressive at the 799 I paid.

Grabbed one! Needed an outside tv with relatively high nits. and at 600 for 75 w customer support this seems like a no brainer unless a Hisense u8k 2024 comes into clearance.

This is to replace the Panasonic w95a I bought for the same purpose but came broken and has no CS.

my budget 55" Hisense Roku from 2018 still working, otherwise I wouldn't pass on some of these solid tv deals. I'm not picky with it for streaming and gaming

I don't see the PRIME VISA discount. Anyway to make it appear? I'll even open the card.

I suspect it is only visible when logged in with an account that is currently linked to a Prime Visa. I bought the 75" yesterday and I just checked and discount is still visible. Screenshot attached. I believe you also get $150-$300 in Rewards credit when you open this card. Imagine you could prob walk away paying like $300-$400 all in for this.
