The H2S combo is $500 more. Do you need the extra build volume?

I have an X1C and it's great however there's a lot of innovation hitting the market. I know Snapmaker has a lot to prove but 800$ for tool changer is crazy also keeping my eye out for the H2C. The 3d printing industry is so much fun right now

planning on expanding my print farm, print mostly in single color but with AMS I don't have to swap out filament as much. Should I get these or bunch of A1? Prints are big and tall somewhat. I heard that core XY is better with taller prints but I do use cryogrip plates. I currently have 1 A1 and 4 p1S.

Also, how much more beneficials will the AMS 2 be over AMS 1? because AMS2 + X1C printer is already 1200$ that's only 300$ difference from H2S which comes with the AMS2.

I backed the U1 I see the h2c being around 3grand and it will be slower than the U1.the U1 has been very impressive in the videos testers have shared.it can also brint you better than Bambu since there is no ams involved.I love my current Bambu but other companies have caught up.

H2C will NOT be 3k.
It is going to be slightly under 2k ($1899 give or take $100) at the most.

If you are thinking of H2D with Vortek upgrade, then yes it will be under 3k

I bought the X1C because it went on sale over a week ago for the same price but had the Centauri Carbon ordered and actually came the same day. The X1C is much more quiet and the AMS was nice but not what I needed so I returned the X1C. The CC is a much better deal imho and I'm new to all this 3D printing. Didn't see a difference in quality for the things I was doing. Also have the U1 coming when they release it. The x1C definitely wastes a lot of filament when using AMS for multicolored projects.

X1C build quality is top notch versus CC. CC has a nice aluminum frame and glass panels but its camera, lighting, printhead and loose wires exposed in the chamber is definitely few notches down in quality.
Also, it is not that X1C is quiet, but CC is freaking loud as hell. I tried the muffler print with hepa filter but still loud. I think all 3 fans (chamber, aux and Printhead) are cheap and loud on CC.
With that being said, the print quality is the same. CC is coming out with a Multi color option later this year.

And wait for a sale/discount on it! Basically, wait to see what deal Black Friday brings! That'll also give them time to work out the inevitable bugs on the new printers.

Looks like P1S combo is $749.99 at Best Buy. Better to save $250 or to buy X1C? I'm a newbie to 3D printing.
