Purchased two of these. Neither would activate. Download links would also not work. Thankfully, the seller was completely willing to issue a full refund immediately.

I would argue the only reason you would want to upgrade is if they no longer provide security updates. I mean for most people you can use a 10 year old version just fine.

To be clear, just last week I installed Office 2010 without any modification or special adjustments on a fully updated installation of Windows 11.

Of course, Office 2010 is no longer supported for security updates (those ended in 2020). But it is worth noting for those interested in maximizing the value of legacy Office licenses.

About the biggest problem I've ever had with Office 2010 in Windows 11 was with Microsoft disabling Office Starter 2010 on PCs that I migrated from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

And I should also add that my primary usage of Office is with Word and Excel. Applications like Outlook and Access can potentially be more problematic as they go out of support.

I don't trust the download link other than official site. Their keys are rejected by MS. So save your money.
