This deal is a combination of that exact shaver PLUS the extra foil and blade replacement kit.
If you were to get this combination at Amazon, it would cost about $184 ($110 plus $74).
If you only want the shaver, and buy it from Panasonic, it will cost 109.99 less 10% = $98.99........
However, kinda questionable if you plan to get a replacement blade + foil for later. Assuming you wait at least 1-2 years (2y is the recommended replacement time for ARC5), last gen replacement blades (OEM, https://a.co/d/hOOIhHH, $57) will probably be discounted somewhat. Again, this is on the assumption they're discounting the main shaver for the release of the ARC6.
Note: I noticed the site gives a $10 recycle credit via discount code but I have a creeping suspicion it doesn't stack with the 10%, which is obviously a bigger discount than the $10.
After discounts, it's $52 extra for a replacement blade. Still better even assuming the ARC5 replacements will be discounted years later.

But this deal you get it for $58 when you bundle it with the shaver.
Nevertheless, its a good deal for those that don't plan to use the cleaning/charging station.
