Given how many people are trying to get rid of them on eBay, I'd say it's not a good vacuum.

I bought this from Meh for $5 more and it's definitely worth it. About as bulky as a bottle of wine.

Strong enough to clean car seats (use the boost button), but the older relative I bought it for appreciates it's much smaller and doesn't weigh quite as much as their old handheld.

This newer model has a really dumb design change with the filter, when you open it to empty it out all the debris gets jammed between the filter and the sides of the chamber, it's really annoying having to take the whole thing apart to empty it. Older model was awesome but only lasted us two years.

Be ready to dump the catch on this 4-5x for one car cleaning (and that's if you clean your car ever couple weeks and don't make a huge mess.) Also the stand is close to useless unless you find a way to anchor it.

If neither of those issues bother you, it's good for the price.

This is the 410. Consumer Reports highest rated hand vac is the Shark 201. Looks similar but the 201 scored 10 points higher. But Ollie's is selling the 410 refurbished for $50.

What did you get instead?
Still shopping, I have no small replacement at the moment, just using my dyson ball vac for everything at the moment (which can be a pain based on its weight)
