Same price as on the NETGEAR website, but there you can get an additional 10% off with various coupon codes (SAVE10, CART10, etc) so the final price is $539.99 before tax. Also qualifies for free two day shipping. Not a bad price for this 3-pack for the 770.

These prices are becoming insane for reliable WiFi. Most folks must be using the ISP provided ones at these prices.

Orbi consumers are generally lovers or haters. I had the RBK50 for about 8 years before it started to fail. I decided to upgrade to this model a few weeks ago and have had zero issues. Apparently older firmware versions may have caused some users to have intermittent connection drops. I haven't noticed any.

I personally will NEVER buy a netgear router again

Cons:
Firmware updated hit and miss
Dropped connections
Too many reboots needed
Very poor support
Frequent dropped access point and difficult to reconnect
Very poor "advanced" settings

Pros:
Wired back haul or separate WiFi back haul

This is my experience with Orbi and 2 different 3-unit packages. Thank goodness for Costco return policy.

Totally understand. Sometimes finding a reliable mesh system is hit or miss. I've fortunately had a good run with Orbi, but I know others haven't. Seems that way for a lot of tech-related things. I have heard nearly universal agreement that Netgear support is garbage. Again, I've been fortunate that I haven't had to deal with it.
Just so people know this system as far as I am aware hasn't been available at Costco (perhaps yet).

my rbk50 with 2 satellites still runs fine. the wifi speed test is 400Mbps. not comparable to wifi6 speed. but fast enough. have you tried the voxel custom firmware for rbk50? it is very solid.

Same! I have the older netgear mesh triband unit and it has been working flawlessly. Ordered this for my new home
