What system would be comparable in this price range? If any?

you can get a Pyle setup for $295 that rivals this or is even better.
Ahhh Pyle. Brings back memories.25 years ago when I was really into car audio... we'd call their stuff, "pyles of shit".

gotcha, appreciate the info.
If you have a good room (meaning correct size, ceiling height and ceiling texture) you can indeed get atmos effects from upward firing speakers. Is it going to rival a downward firing speaker no, but this is a nice budget option. If you like the effect and want more you can then drop coin on other ceiling speakers. I have a 5.1.4 setup with upward firing due to my housing situation and they work very well for me.

It says those speakers are Atmos speakers and that the receiver is also Atmos, so why do you say its not?
Technically it is a 5.2.2 system but in reality you're not going to get a real Atmos effect from those top firing speakers on the R-635FAs.
You're going to get as much Atmos out of these as any up firing speakers. Anybody shopping these probably isn't going to put in four ceiling speakers.

You've hit the nail on the head. this is a great budget solution. Add in a 75" Panasonic W95A for $650 and you have an unrivaled sub $2000 home theater.

The Magnat systems that go on closeout in Adorama blow this system away and they are cheaper. Same parent company as Klipsch and you get better stuff from Magnat dollar for dollar

Is there a way to have like the rear/subwoofers be wireless? I currently have a soundbar that has wireless rear stuff so I don't have to run wires around the room. I don't know anything about speaker wires...

Some subwoofers do come with this feature, and others can be made wireless with a wireless adapter.

Do it right or do it twice(like I did). I got a set of these budget speaker set and it was lacking. Ended up replacing with the Klipsch Reference Premiere setup(RP-8000F II, RP-504C II, etc) on sale pretty often on Adorama and it is a night and day difference.
