Got citations?

Here's one that showed no significant difference in side effects for creatine vs. placebo control groups over 685 clinical trials.
https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/a...25.2533688

What "myriads" are you referring to? Skimming the citations that come up on a quick search of Google Scholar for "creatine monohydrate supplementation" seems to indicate that unless you have existing kidney problems or go way over the 5g/day dosage for an extended period, creatine is pretty consistently beneficial.

Everybody's body is different. A few edge cases where people lose gains "very shortly" after discontinuing doesn't mean the supp isn't generally useful. It means it doesn't work the same way for everyone. The overall trends are pretty consistent, though.

This creatine mixes just fine but be warned it clumps really quickly in the container which makes it hard to scoop. Will shake and stir it to break it up and the very next day it will clump again.

there are myriads of information that show issues with kidneys, liver' excessive water retention, not to mention that several people lose any gains very shortly after stopping. not exactly a long term deal.....

all of which were associated with other underlying health issues and lifestyle choices such as chronic dehydration... Creatine isn't the issue

and even then the lost "gains" were simply the water retained in the muscle...

Is that affiliate link for you, or inserted by Slickdeals?
Because I'm always a little suspicious when I see an affiliate link recommending an alternative product🤔

Humidity in the air will do that if they don't add an anti-caking agent (which would result in it no longer being "pure").

If it doesn't come with one, and it sure sounds like it doesn't, you can toss in one of those little dessicant packs, and that should be the end of that. They cost around $0.10/pack if you get one of the smaller bags of them, and the silica ones are generally infinitely rechargeable by tossing them in the oven at ~150°F for 45 minutes. For a few cents extra per pack, you can even get ones that change color when they are saturated, so you know when to recharge them. I always have a bunch at home, to put in any container with food/petfood that isn't vacuum sealed (Rice/dried beans/sugar/flour/etc).
