My local IKEA (Memphis TN) has the BADRING Water Sensor marked down to $2.99. The website shows full price ($11.99) but there was a sign. I went in expecting to pick 6 of them up for full price, ended up leaving with 20 of them!

These have Zigbee radios and work very well with Home Assistant and Z2MQTT. Runs well on single rechargeable AAA battery and has an integrated speaker with audible alert.

Not necessarily. I do not have the IKEA hub - I have it running in Home Assistant using Zigbee2MQTT with a Zigbee Radio.

Also, you can use it without any Zigbee based hub, if you only care to receive the audio alert.

I stopped by the IKEA in Grand Prairie, and unfortunately it was still the full price. These are great sensors that maintain their connection well on my zigbee network.
