Not bad, at least they used a 850W PS instead of a 750.

Yes. All 9070 and 9070 XT are 16gb.This is a good build. One concern I'd have is the motherboard as Asrock boards have been frying chips. Asrock and MSI are two common board brands found on prebuilts. Other than that, this is a good one. Great CPU, great GPU.
