For some reason the ingredients and nutrition info aren't shown on Amazon for this product.

First four ingredients: Whole Grain Oats, Sugar, Corn Syrup, Corn Starch

11g of added sugars per cup - this is worse than most of the cereals we demonize for being too sugary.

This is hardly "healthy" but I'm sure it's delicious.
