Can you give more details? I've had mostly positive experiences, but it seems like when heavy items arrive damaged they are not keen to pay to have them shipped back. Also this inverter looks different from their usual models which are good quality SRNE rebrands.

I bought 12 batteries in July and had no issues. This deal in particular through eBay I think anyone should have some extra piece of mind regarding eBay buyer protections.

Does the inverter/charger have a local API? Or are you stuck with some cloud interface that's be subscription or turned off at some point?
