Portable jump-starters typically use high-drain cells (if they don't, assume a short lifetime). Even a best-case 3.7 Lithium-Ion cell would be tough to make 3600mAh (box appears to have 8 cells). At high-drain, 2000mAh would be considered very good (totaling 4000mAh at 14.8 volts nominal). Unless these aren't 18650 cells?
One customer photo shows the back and it does claim 26.64 Wh so it's possible this is using 21700 cells.
One nice feature is that based on the customer photo, it's using PD charging so that it will take 9 or 12v to charge at 18 watts.

It's cheap enough, but this is a mission critical product that HAS to work when I need it. I generally select winners from the Youtube channel "Project Farm" testing results. These smaller. lightweight, less expensive units wth vastly overhyped amperage claims, tend have mediocre build quality and fail on several categories in testing. I'll pay the extra for a Gooloo or NOCO because I've used them, and they are rock solid.
