All puns aside this has to be absolutely tiny, listing shows the fan base with the motor/battery is 3 inches wide and 4 inches tall, so unless you have to have a fan above you in your tent to thwack your head on since it has no blade covering, I can't see how a different designed fan would not be able to fulfill the same objective as this one that has a fan shroud or not have to worry about how you store the blades outside of the fan motor housing itself
