How much worse is the 5070ti compared to a 5080?

Not worth the upgrade from a 3080ti.

Does this also stack with any employee perks programs?

Currently gaming on a legion 5 slim with an RTX 4060 and want to take the next step with FPS potential for gaming. Getting 130 currently. Worth the upgrade or wait?

You can also put things in the cart - call/chat with Dell sales and ask them (basically) what other discounts can they offer to get you to finalize/actually buy the item. I've had good luck doing that in the past ranging from an additional 5-10% discount, some accessories, to a year of additional warranty.
It has been a few years since I bought a full desktop from Dell so I have not tried this since then.
