I do the same thing, put one last order in before my membership expires then the next time I need to place an order I just go find one of the discounts.

The second time I changed my name and used a different address. There's only two things I can think of that would trigger the cancel order. I used the phone # from the first time (which the first time I used this phone #, it had never been used), and the other reason being that I used a Privacy.com credit card where I set a $60 limit. The initial $50 charge they do goes through, but if they do a follow up for whatever reason just to test the card, that could possibly fail it, though I get no such notice from privacy.com indicating that is what happened.
