I have the same exact adapter without the Anker logo (but looks identical and likely came off of the same assembly line) that I purchased for $3.99 which also included two other USB-A to USB-C adapters as well. It was posted here on SD.
*$16* is normal price on two of these? What is Anker smoking? I've bought 4 of these on Fleabay for under $5, they're a common commodity. If they were Thunderbolt tech then perhaps, but with USB-A on the other end there would be no point.
