I'm not so sure about that. Season 3 episode 1 has U2 playing still. I believe that was replaced in most versions.

this is a good price for SD series... sad I'll probably have to re-buy it... they're making a new scrubs and maybe that'll make it worth it to make the old ones hd?

Yes and no. Only seasons 8 and 9 were HD. Season 9 is widely disliked and is effectively a spin-off, so for the average person it's really only 1 season season at a lower quality. Plus maybe it's just me, but I really don't care much about HD for a sitcom like this. If it were available, it might be worth a dollar or two extra for me but that's about it. Excellent show, but enhanced visual an audio fidelity wouldn't bring much to the table here.
