Bought a Baseus mag -charger Aug/Sept 2024 for an EU trip died (bank suddenly stopped recharging). Had to send video of plugging in to power and other standard steps (quick). Bought thru Amazon - the sent me credit back to my CC (they discontinued the model). Quick and easy.
