Have you purchased any other monitors from Samsung this year? There are two monitors per year discount limit. And are you using via EPP or EDU? It should work on both, but maybe it's EPP only? We don't have an EDU account to test on.

Canceled it after realizing it was ultra wide... That just wouldnt look right paired with my standard Odeyssey.
