I have quite a bit of experience ordering from Bullseye Deals. I would definitely believe that this person did not receive a genuine item. A lot of what they sell are returns. It's possible for fakes to slip through. I've received so many weird things from them (like power a Xbox controllers in an official box, movies and videos games with slits in the side to remove games and codes). The thing is they are very good about returns if something is wrong, so there really isn't much of a worry. It can be kind of a hassle though.
