this is a decent deal at about $10 per sensor/hub. we have both v1 and this v2 and they work well. the difference between v1 and v2 is that v2 can have a greater distance between hub and sensors. both versions have local siren and remote cell notifications.

It's two separate packages. One has the receiver/hub and four sensors. The other is just five sensors. I just received mine in two separate shipments. I haven't installed them yet.

Just experienced our dishwasher last month flooding and ruining our wood engineered flooring, the insurance can't match it so they have to pack us out and replace the entire floor. Its already been a month and we are almost to the point of moving out into an extended stay for a good month and then back. One of these might have saved us all this crap. I thought maybe a small pack would work but after counting the dishwasher, clothes washer, bathroom sinks and kitchen sink and water line behind the fridge I figured this was the best way to go. Thanks OP!

Picked up two of the V1 hub and 3pack of sensors at a bins store near me, one on $10 day, one on $4 day. Haven't needed them yet, but tested them, work great. Decided I needed them after 8 year old water heater started leaking

Never thought I would want/need these until one day we left to do a grocery run with the washing machine running. Somehow a washcloth fell into our utility sink and when the washing machine spun out, the sink overflowed all over our floor and into the basement. No real damage, just a freaked out dog. In for a set and a sensor under anything with water. $97 after tax. Going to see if I can get a small house insurance discount with these. Some insurers do give discounts for these.

Got mine off ebay from 2 auctions for a total of $55 for 9 detectors + gateway. If you aren't in a rush then check eBay. Highly recommend them.
