This is essentially the 4TB SSD is "free" with the current prices on the G95SC?

Not quite. I'd allocate the purchase price differently.
The monitor frequently goes on sale for around $900 (or below) with EPP and stackable cb.
The 4tb 990 Pro has gone as low as $250 ish.
Think you are getting a $100 discount when buying together.

I don't know the exact model. Compared them in store but it looked something like this but with better specs and with both FreeSync and GSync: https://www.bestbuy.com/product/l...JJ8VPZQYF7

That one is LED not OLED. Comparable LG OLED ultrawides like this are a lot more. This one is a 45" OLED same 5120x1440 (5k2k) resolution $1999. So double the price for 4 inches less.

That doesn't look like the one. It doesn't look as long like the one I saw in store. If the resolution is similar, do you know why the Samsung one looked washed out and not vibrant at all when I visited in store?

Well I wasn't there so I can't tell ya. Could be display settings or something. If people in stores are just taking something out of the box and plugging it in without any kind of adjustments, two different models/brands could look totally different.
