Still a good deal but it appears this model has the crappier 250 nit 45% NTSC screen instead of the better 400 nit version that's in other HP Elitebooks.

-performance a bit better than the best 11th gen CPU available in the dell 7420(i7 1185g7 right?)
-upgradeable memory
