Why does best buy insist on making us dig for the actual processor model? Thanks for posting that OP!
For the curious, the Intel Core Ultra 5 226V has the following benchmark scores:
18422 MT Passmarks
3858 ST Passmarks

This entirely depends on the user. I'm more of a chiclet fan and did not love this keyboard when I first tested it, but others seem to really like the lattice free design.

I do not believe the memory is expandable.

It's one of the few 16 " laptops with centered keyboard if it matters to you. The off-centered keyboard with number keypad is really awkward to type on

I've got the smaller 14" model and like it, though it was $20 cheaper (and came with $50 of giftcards). The keyboard is nice to me but it's definitely unique (and there's a lot of deck flex I don't love on the 14"), so it's worth testing it yourself before purchase in the store - you can also check the screen and make sure you're OK with its lower SRGB coverage.

I think the staples $550 deal is worth it, for the better CPU/GPU, 1TB NVME, but losing the touch screen/flip capability.

4.15 lbs and 400 nit screen brightness. Memory is not expandable with Lunar Lake.

Same question here. I just got the omnibook for my son, and it's still within the return window. Which one is better?

what a BS.
Keyboard are always have been off-centered, leaning to left, including the full PC keyboards.
For 16' this is a dumb keyboard layout. Too tiny buttons, small numpad is missing.

Yeah I think cjrusso is right, all the lunar lake processors use on die memory, so no ram expansion on this one.
