I didn't know anybody made 3rd party cases. tempted to pick one up as a backup. but I've lost more earbuds than cases......

You can find them on Amazon but this is just the silicone case for the charging case

It seems no lock on the case? If you hang them outside of your bag, will it pop open by accident?

Debating buying these because that exact scenario happened to my last set. The charger, AirPods, and all fell out of the silicone case. It took me a long time before I got another set.
