Be careful when buying this because if you don't like it and want to return it, you have to pay the shipping charge. It's not cheap. It just happened to me.

I bought these and after 2 weeks in a 75° room they started to sag with less than 5 lb on each shelf they're made out of very cheap plastic if you're going to put towels or wash rags in there you're probably be okay but anything heavier than that then it's going to ruin it

Yes, don't buy it. I did and ended up paying for the return shipping costs.
Complain to Amazon Chat. They should refund under their A-Z return policy. But that may depend on your return reason and the condition, which you did not state.
If returned in new condition, they should refund that to you.
1st You have to have an Amazon store or affiliate close to you cause they stopped picking up returns. Or you have to pay extra. 2nd Amazon makes decisions an it can take money to sit there and talk to them all day. This was like 2 years ago amazon added terms to their free returns. They just didn't change the name to possibly free returns cause consumers don't have rights. Bait an switch is common. Was expected. It's how Netflix won vs blockbuster an how blockbuster won vs everyone before. How Uber an Lyft win vs taxis etc.

For USPS returns, you can use your USPS mail carrier for free pickups. Maybe you were not aware that they have free pickups with USPS? Maybe you will need to box it up, print the label, and tape it on.
I've put a note in my mailbox with the flag up, advising that I have a package that would not fit in it on my porch for pickup. They have free "scheduled pickups" as well.

Also, their UPS Store option has free returns. You usually don't have to box or print out labels.
If you live in a rural area, it can be tougher. I get that, but it isn't that bad for now.

Free (non-Prime) shipping used to be for $25+, now it's $35+.
Prime Shipping used to mean you received in 2 work days or less, for about half the current annual price or less.

You used to be able to click to chat with a CSR on Amazon, but now they make it cumbersome to get to a human. Lots of chatbot hoops to go through first. Cost-cutting. Once in a while, the chatbot can solve an issue. But many issues aren't addressable in the chatbot options.

The amount of plastic we're pumping into the world is staggering... Just saying, this is the cheapest way to cheapen your home. Go on a used goods marketplace and score a much better deal for a wooden shelf, and thank yourself for not paying dividents to the fossil fuel companies pumping plastics into every corner of the world

FYI doesn't look like the picture, the front windows are not clear but can stack 2 of these 3 packs on top of each other with normal 8' ceilings. They're cheap and a bit flimsy, don't store canned goods in them or anything heavy. I'm going to be using it for craft supplies

Absolutely tf not lmao these are fairly flimsy. Like maybe it could hold it briefly but the whole bottom would bow down
