Not slick. If you're buying a 60% off MSRP "Bespoke AI French Door" Samsung refrigerator, you deserve the headache. Look at the 1 star reviews just on this site alone (and check the other sites too where recent reviews are very poor like Costco). To me it seems like they are getting rid of old overstock. Internet connection issues, leaking problems.

Even on Samsungs official review page it's just braindead responses from customer service copying and pasting to consult the manual. You may be a lucky one with a perfectly functional unit but why take the chance?

I have a sumsung refrierator call them with the model number there has been a lawsuit. They fix it for free.

Supposedly the Bespoke series doesn't have the previous issues. Have their range and washer/drier; we'll see if thats true.

Seriously though, these EPP deals have made it so I'll never buy an expensive Samsung product again. The last one I bought was a scratch and dent soundbar system that I now constantly see available brand new for $400+ less for EPP. It's one thing to throw a 10% discount here and there for certain groups of people but watching other people get it for 40% off for no real good reason and knowing Samsung still makes a profit off it makes me feel like I'm getting ripped off. Now if I see a Samsung product that looks interesting my first thought is 'nah, I'm not buying that. I'll be overpaying by hundreds.'

just got this fridge and we like it so far. very intuitive and connects to everything around the house (ring, thermostat, etc). fully aware of the quality concerns with Samsung, so will see how it lasts, but so far pretty happy with it.

The main issues were with the ice maker in the door of the refrigerator compartment. The Bespoke models resolved this by moving ice to the freezer, where it belongs. Not saying it's a completely reliable model, but it fixed the major pain point.

I've had mine for a little over a year without any issues.

The temperature control in my Samsung fridge fluctuates wildly. I have Bluetooth thermometers (highly recommended) placed in both the freezer and the fridge, and the temperature can swing as much as 20 degrees daily. It's not even connected to the water line, which is usually the first thing that causes issues.
