That's fine for occasional homeowner use, but if you are a mechanic or work on small engines or HVAC, having dedicated solid nut drivers is a requirement.

As long as the shaft is hollow so you can use it with nuts that are threaded down long bolts, like the Klein nut drivers commonly used by electricians (and others).

Xcelite have hollow shafts. They were the first. Klein copied them. It was common in the 60's and 70's. Today, not so much.
